What credit score do I need to have in order for me to get an American Express? |
|
Answer:
Thank you for addressing your requests to our service. We hope our answer helps you. In order to apply for a credit card issued by American Express you have to build your good or excellent credit history. At our site we offer American Express credit cards only for the customers with good or excellent credit. These require FICO score of 660-749 and 750-850 (good and excellent credit respectively). If your credit score is in this range, please explore our American Express credit card applications and choose a credit card which does for you best. |

How do i build my credit? |
|
Answer:
First of all, request you credit report and check it for any inaccurate information. It is recommended that you do it regularly. Learn your current credit score. It will be better if you request the score from each of three credit reporting agencies, such as Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. It is important because the numbers may differ, and the lenders generally look at the lowest score. If you miss your payments it may negatively affect your score, so do your best to pay all the bills on time. You should minimize the amount of inquiries on your credit report. Otherwise, you may lose up to 5 points from your score for each inquiry. If you have a bad credit history, open new accounts only if you need them. Try to keep your balance low and use your cards lightly. Don't forget to use the old cards because in other case the information will not be updated. All these recommendations will allow you to establish a positive credit history and in time you'll be eligible for the best cards. |

i need a credit card i am working on my credit due to devorce i have rair to bad credit i need help
I do have a bad credit report due to the fact, I was a victim of identity theft. I am trying to re-build my credit, but so far I am not having much luck. As soon as they read my credit report I am doomed to a pre-paid card. This is not what I am interested in having. I have in the past three months paid out over four hundred dollars in so called credit cards, to report in, to show I have good credit. Which they did not do.
is there a crdit card that allows you to transfer yur balance froma another credit card card even if you have bad credit?
Where could I get a credit card that I can transferred my high interest balances from w/bad credit?
i dont have bad credit but its not perfect i need a card with a high enough limit to purchase a car |

|
Answer:
If you have no credit history and want to establish one there are some cards you can apply for. Nowadays many banks, such as Columbus, Dakota, First PREMIER, Millennium and Orchard, offer deals for no credit. On our site turn to the page devoted to cards for no credit. Read all the details about each card, compare the present offers and choose one that suits your requirements. Another way to build up your credit is to apply for one of the so-called secured credit cards. With this card you will have to deposit some amount of money to guarantee your ability to pay. On our site you can find several variants of these cards too. After you’ve chosen the card you like just click “apply” and submit an application online. The bank will consider it and send you the card by post. |

how can i get a credit card. not a secured or debit cards, or a card that cost you 175.00 a year. my credit use to be good. i got overwelm and i got ill. please help..im back on my feet now |
|
Answer:
The first step you should undertake is to request your credit report and to learn your credit score. We recommend you to consider all three reports from the three credit bureaus, because the figures may differ, and the lenders generally take into account the lowest one. If your current lowest score is above 660 that means that your credit is good and you are eligible for the best credit cards, including instant approval cards, balance transfer cards and best cards with rewards. Most of these cards charge no annual fee and offer relatively low APR. You are welcome to compare the offers from Discover, American Express, Chase Bank, Capital One and others. Read all the information carefully and choose the card that complies with your requirements. |

I have no credit. But every card I have tried to get a card on here but it just says deined. can you help me get one. I dont know what is going on. |
|
Answer:
In case you apply for a credit card you are not eligible for, you will get a denial. Constant denials damage your credit score, that’s why it is extremely essential to turn to the credit bureau first and to check your report before applying for a certain card. Generally creditors look at the lowest credit score, that's why you need to get your reports from 3 credit agencies (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion) at the same time. Check them for mistakes and correct them immediately. Only after that you can apply for a credit card that meets your requirements. In case you want to build up your credit history, you can apply for the no credit card from Columbus, Dakota, First PREMIER, Millennium and Orchard. Another way is to choose a secured credit card (for this a cash deposit or some other collateral is needed) that can be the fastest and the most effective way to establish yourself as a good credit risk. You can also become an authorized user of one or more of another person's credit cards. In this case you won’t be the cardholder but you will be able to use the credit limit. All the information on the use of the card will be reflected in your report. You can also acquire a credit card through a co-signer that is a person who will be responsible if you don't pay off your bills on time. But mind that in this case too all the negative information will hit your report and damage your score. |

What is the difference between a mastercard and a visa? |
|
Answer:
They are two different card providers. The most important thing to note is that neither Visa nor MasterCard really issue credit cards or set interest rates. These companies do not contact consumers directly. Their main task is to develop and operate the universal transactions networks. Both companies earn money the same way and at the moment they are both owned by member banks. Citibank is the largest issuer of MasterCard and Bank of America is the largest issuer of Visa. MasterCard and Visa have been strong rivals from a long time, each competing to be faster and more universal than the other. Thus, every benefit or advantage offered on the credit card of one brand is soon offered by the other. Today both companies provide mostly similar benefits. The key difference (which is currently almost eliminated) lies in the fact that MasterCard is accepted in more places globally, while Visa is accepted more in the USA. So, the differences are negligible and relate mainly to the company’s name. |

how to find out ccv number
|
|
Answer:
A CCV means card code verification. All credit cards have this CCV number on them. It is a fraud protection system that is generally used to prevent someone from stealing your credit card number from a mail or a receipt when you use your card for online purchasing. Thus, if someone does have possession of your credit card number they also need to have physical possession of your card in order to know what your CCV is. This CCV is found in different places depending on what type of credit card you have. In case of Visa, MasterCard and Discover this 3-digit number is printed in the signature area on the back of the card. It is the last 3 digits shown after the credit card number in the signature area. On American Express cards the CCV number is printed on the front of your card and contains 4 digits. |
