Why can't I access my account so I can pay my bill? The way I signed in before was to give you my credit card number then my social security number. The only access I can now find asks for other informationand refuses to let me in. What can I do to pay my bill?

I had a bankrupcy 8 yrs ago, I have 2 credit cards with 31.49% interest. I would like to find a credit card where I could do a balance transfer with a low interest rate, but do not want my credit ran numerous times. I applied for a Bank of America card last evening and was denied, due to the bankrupcy, my current FICO score is 654, minus the application, What do you reccommend?
