is there a bal transfer fee on the american express blue card |
|
Answer:
What for the credit card transaction fees, the balance transfer fee is NOT provided with Blue from American Express. At the same time, the intro APR for balance transfers is 4.99% and the ongoing APR 12.24%. The introductory APR for purchases is really beneficial - 0% for 15 months! See details on Blue from American Express to know more.

I am having two credit cards.i want to do balance transfer to one of the card.so if i do will my credit score decrease.
how many times in a year am i allowed to see credit score?
Thanks for the advice. |
|
Answer:
The Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003 entitles you to one FREE copy of your credit report from each credit reporting agency once every 12 months. However, the free report does not contain a credit score. A credit score may be purchased at the time of access for a nominal charge.
What for the balance transfer, it can provisionally improve your score and get you a lower interest rate as it increases your available credit in relation to the amount of debt carried. If you're not requesting a new card more than once every 6 months or so, the requests will minimally affect your score. It is best to keep both accounts open and avoid increasing your debt percentage.

I sent in my $39 fee and signed paper almost a month ago. My check has been cashed, but I have not recieved my credit card yet. I was wondering if it had been sent out yet, or what may be going on with that? Please let me know when I should expect it. Mary Dorgan |

Answer:
I strongly recommend you to ask your bank for explanation. There can be problems with addresses, or the personnel's carelessness - anything, so you have to find out the real reasons of the delay.

|
Answer:
Call the bank and find out the reason for it. Maybe, there are some problems. It may also so happen that some time should pass before you receive your card. Anyway, clear out the details in the bank.
Good luck,

I would like to see cards listed in a category such as "Online Management". As you are operating on the Internet those visiting your site might be very interest to find cards they can access online. |
|
Answer:
Thank you for your suggestion, we will think it over. Since almost all the credit cards provide online management service, probably, it wouldn't be so important to make it a separate section...

I have really bad credit and want to establish it with a credit card but cannot afford no deposit... Are there any credit cards that will approve me without a deposit. |
|
Answer:
To apply for a secured credit card, besides opening a deposit, you can use a co-signer. This is a person (a relative or other) who signs a credit agreement along with you and assumes equal responsibility for repayment. You can study Secured Credit Cards page or see www.credit-card-authority.com.

Hello
I just moved here to the US and become a permanent resident (08/2006) I have always had a good bank record in Denmark but do not have any here in the US. How do I build my credit the fastest and best, without having to get a card that has 20 different hidden fees? I have never had a loan or credit card that i payed annual fees on and a rate bigger than 5.95 percent.
The high rate here is ok to start with (ill just pay it off right away) but I can not seem to find a card that has no annual fee or hidden fees.
Can you help me please find the right card?
Thank you
Sincerely
Joachim Leedgaard |
|
Answer:
Surely, the it would be best to establish a credit history applying for a credit card that reports to some credit bureau.
You may get a secured credit card. It will require you to deposit money to secure the credit limit. Such credit cards often have fees and higher interest rates. You can also get a credit card with a cosigner. Gas cards are comparatively easy to get.
What for the certain credit card, it's only up to you to decide. You shouldn't think that the fees are hidden - just read the terms attentively as all details are listed.
