i need to put aproximately $9000(two cards) on a balance transfer, which will take me about 34 months? |
|
Answer:
You need to find a balance transfer card with at least $10,000 credit limit to make the transfer. Surely, you're looking for a 0% intro APR or very low APR on balance transfers. To qualify for high limit, low rate credit card, you are required to have excellent/good payment history and solid job income. If it is about you, evaluate the following credit cards:Discover More® Card - Clear offers you to pay no interest on balance transfers for 12 months. You'll also save with no annual fee and 0% intro APR on purchases. You may transfer balances from two of your cards if the limit issued to you allow it. Platinum Prestige - Visa from Capital One Bank is meant for excellent credit only, also offering 0% intro APR on balance transfers. Its main advantage is some of the lowest ongoing rates after the teaser period. Platinum Visa® of Chase Bank has the same attractive intro rates and no annual fees and in addition provides free online account services. Unfortunately, there isn't a card with 34 months of intro period on balance transfers but you can continue saving by switching over to a new card as the teaser period is over. |

MY score is under 500 pts but in the past 2 mos. I have paid loans off and got some disputes of my credit report. I'm still paying on back credit. I need something that will help me build some points. As i go along paying my debts. So is it possible to get a some credit card? |
|
Answer:
You may try to apply for one of Orchard Bank credit cards which are intended for bad credit customers. But before giving approval, the bank will scrutinize your credit report, paying special attention to how you pay back loans and credit cards. Your debt-to-credit and credit-to-income ratio will also be estimated and used as basis for the bank's lending decision. We can suggest the following cards:Orchard Bank Classic MasterCard® is unsecured credit card with low rates on purchases and surprising 0% intro APRs. It has moderate set up and annual fee and offers valuable card account services. Orchard Bank Low APR MasterCards come with unbelievably low interest rates for bad credit applicants. A set up fee is charged based on your creditworthiness and is capped at $49. The same is about annual fees which vary from $60 to $96. A secured credit card may be easier to qualify for if you still have sizable debts and low income. Black Diamond Visa® from Millennium Bank is a quick and safe way to get some points for your credit score through making regular on time payments. Fill out application for a credit card best suiting you. |

If you are a working young adult just out of college or you are a student still, you may be approved for one of Capital One card offers. Capital One Platinum is a great choice for those who have never had a credit card or had one for less than 3 years. If approved, you'll enjoy reasonable annual fee and low APR on purchases with 0% intro period until May, 2009. Capital One Standard Platinum is great in that it has no annual fee. However, you'll find interest rate on the card is a bit higher. Both cards offer manageable credit lines beginning from $300 to help you build credit more safely. It might be safer to apply for a secured credit card if for some reason you're not likely to be approved for Capital One card offers. Review Black Diamond Visa® from Millennium Bank which approves regardless of credit history if you open a security savings account with the bank. In the long run this card may help you establish and build solid credit history. Apart from the security deposit, it works like a standard unsecured bank card. Choose the right credit offer and apply online. |

How can i increase my credit card in this days, and if i apply for more then one credit in the same day LIKE(around 10 of them ) to see if they will give high limit with lower apr? |
|
Answer:
Do never apply for numerous credit cards within a short period of time - it will damage your credit score. If you are looking for a great credit card to give you high limit and low APR, choose one from the three variants offered. Before you apply, make sure your credit is good or excellent as it's the main requirement of the cards.Capital One Platinum Prestige is intended for excellent credit rating and offers some of the lowest APR on purchases and balance transfers. Depending on your income and creditworthiness, you can be issued up to $20,000 credit line. If your credit is a bit less than brilliant and your score ranges within the scope of 660-749, apply for More® Card from Discover Company. Though its interest rate is a bit higher, you might be eligible for a generous credit line of up to $50,000 if you qualify. Chase Bank Platinum Visa® will please you with 0% intro APR on purchases and balance transfers and no annual fees. You may also get a rather high limit if the bank considers your income and payment history appropriate. Make your choice and apply for a most suitable credit card online. |

on fee on balance transfer do you have a visa card like that |
|
Answer:
Yes, there are suchlike card offers online, but the type of the card you'll get depends on your credit history. Evidently, you won't be approved for a balance transfer card if you have bad (damaged) credit. So, if your credit is good/excellent or average (if you're only building credit), review the following cards:Orbitz® Visa® Signature from Capital One is designed for excellent credit score customers. It is a low rate, no annual fee card with no balance transfer charges. You'll earn up to 3 points per dollar each time you shop with the card. If you have a low credit score, or average credit, consider Capital One Platinum - Visa , a lowest interest rate credit card with 0% intro APR on purchases and no balance transfer fees. A good alternative to it would be Capital One Classic Platinum - Visa which has a bit higher interest rate but a lower annual fee at the same time. No transfer fee applies. Mind it that average credit cards from Capital One offer relatively low limits, no more than $3000. So before you make a balance transfer, make sure the amount transferred is not higher than this. |

I was wondering if there were anyways to start your credit without having a co-signer.....when I was 17-18 my mother had some utilities bills in my name and they are now on my credit so i can't find a credit card that i am approved for to start my credit i an only 21 now and I am a full time student as well as income from my employer...if u have any suggestions please help me |
|
Answer:
It's great you are a student, the more so because you have an income. We understand you have some payment history in your name already and it is also good for getting a credit card. On our site there is a wide choice of cards for students and young adults, you just need to make a comparison and choose the best offer.Consider Citi® Platinum Select® Card for College Students , a no annual fee without any minimum income or co-signer required. It has 0% intro APR on purchases and a low rate after that. Capital One Standard Platinum for Young Adults is also a great choice. There is also a no annual fee and 0% APR feature. There is a manageable credit line and card protection services to help you build god credit more safely. If you want a card with rewards, have a look at No Hassle CashSM Rewards for Young Adults, also from Capital One. It does have annual fee and an average APR but it also offers generous cash back bonus and no limits on cash back earnings. Choose a card which fits your likings best and apply online. |

I have no credit with equifax and i want to build my credit with them how would i go about doin that. |
|
Answer:
The term "no credit" might be confusing. If you've never had a credit card it does not mean you have no score at all. If you ever had a loan, a student loan or a car loan, or you paid some bills, say utility, then you do have some payment history. Typically, card companies report to all major credit bureaus, but if you're especially interested in Equifax, then take a look at Capital One Platinum - Visa. This card is designed for people with limited credit and is rather cheap in terms of APRs and fees. As an alternative, check Capital One Standard Platinum which also serves the needs of customers with limited/no payment history. There is no annual fee and there is a 0% intro rate on purchases until May 2009. If you do not have any credit score at all, then you need to establish one with a bad/no credit credit card from Orchard Bank. A great option would be Orchard Bank Classic MasterCard® , a low annual fee card with competitive purchase rate and 0% intro rates, which is a surprise. Check with the bank which of the bureaus it works with before applying. |

I called the company again and they said they would send it out next week. I really would like to have a card sooner than that. Is there any way I can apply and get NEW CARD quickly |

What's the best credit card for christmas present purchases? My plan was to get a credit card, buy presents, cut up the card, and pay from then on. Are there any consequences in that method? |
|
Answer:
There are no bad consequences in doing it except for if you made purchases and did not pay bills. However, if you max out the card at once, it may hurt your credit score. We suggest that you get a credit card with 0% intro APR on purchases for 12 months so that you have time to pay back the loan for free. You need to have good-to-excellent or average credit score to be approved.Consider getting Capital One Platinum Prestige - Visa , which gives a 0% intro APR period on purchases until October 2009. There is no annual fee and there are valuable Platinum benefits to make use of. Discover More® Card comes with a shorter 0% intro APR period (6 months) but there is a generous cash back rewards program and $0 annual fee. It will help you earn some free money while making Christmas present purchases. If you have average credit score (620-659), apply for Capital One Standard Platinum . You'll benefit from 0% intro APR on purchases, no set up fees and no annual fees. Apply for a credit card to save on Christmas presents! |

without any reason tey closed my all accounts they did not tell me any reason can i apply for another card |
|
Answer:
If the reason is not bad credit, damaged as a result of late payments and other defaults on the card agreement, feel free to choose a new card from the following:Capital One Platinum Prestige is a product for excellent credit customers who want to benefit from $0 annual fees and 0% intro APRs. You should have a long-term credit history without any late payment records so that you are approved. If you were building up credit when your accounts were closed, then check a credit card for limited/average credit. Capital One Platinum will suit you if you agree to a small annual fee and a low APR on purchases. Your credit score is expected to be in between 620-659 points for your application to pass. In case your accounts were cancelled for the reason of overspending and defaults, then consider getting a credit card for bad score. Orchard Bank Classic MasterCard® is great for bad score applicants as it offers some of the lowest rates and fees available in the subprime card section. Select a card offer designed for your credit rating and apply online. |
