Hi, please how do apply for a good credit card. all it's requirements and process
Answer:
You can apply for a good credit card on our website. All you need is compare the available offers and choose one that meets your specific needs and financial resources. Of course, you have to apply for the right credit card meaning that your credit rating is as good as required by the issuer. To save you time, we have selected 3 top cards for good credit which you can compare online and apply for the chosen one by simply clicking the button "Apply".

Blue from American Express is one of the most popular credit cards for high score applicants. It provides no annual fee, 0% intro APR on purchases and unlimited points rewards program. You are required to have built a solid credit history already to qualify for this card.

Also consider Discover More® Card, a no fee, low APR plastic with generous cash back rewards. Check if your credit score is 660-850 and there are no late payments in your credit report before you apply.

Capital One No Hassle CashSM Rewards would be a great alternative to the Discover card with its cash back rewards and intro rates on purchases. There is no annual fee and a competitive ongoing interest rate on purchases and balance transfers.

All these credit cards require a credit score in the range of 660 and 850, a credit history no less than 3 or 5 years (American Express) and absence of any bad payments to other creditors. As you apply, you're directed to the application form on the bank's official website. You can get instant credit decision if your credit report is clear and does not need further scrutiny.

i applied for a standard platinum credit card from capital one because i don't have any credit so they told me that the only way i'll know if i'm approved is through response theough the mail but usually that means i'm not approved or am i wrong? they said they needed at least a week or so but I wonder because usually people who are approved get approved right on the spot
Answer:
You are partly right. Instant approval works with applicants whose credit report does not need further scrutiny. If the bank finds it important to make more inquiries, it does not mean that you are the wrong customer for them. They may as well approve you a week later, sending you the notification through the mail. We suggest you wait and see. If you happen to be denied, but you need to start credit, the only way to do it is through applying for a secured credit card online. Secured cards are easier to get because you make a collateral cash deposit to secure the credit line issued to you.

how do i apply for a credit card when i have no credit ?
Answer:
If you are a student or a young adult working for living and earning good income, you may qualify for a number of attractive credit offers for no/limited credit history.

Capital One Orbitz® Visa® Platinum offers a no annual fee deal for people who have never had any credit cards before but who can provide some valid credit score. You might have built some credit score due to having previous small personal loans, a student loan or being an authorized user on another person's credit card. You could also qualify for the card if you have a substantial income and stable job.

If you are a student, it would be easier to qualify for No Hassle CashSM Rewards for Young Adults, also from Capital One. This card has moderate annual fee and an average purchase APR. It is a good tool to establish and build strong credit history overtime.

In case you are not a student, you do not have a credit score and enough income, you should consider applying for a secured card. Black Diamond Visa® from Millennium Bank may approve you regardless of the score and social status. Its major requirement is that you make a beforehand security deposit specified in the terms and conditions and provide documents verifying your income.

Apply for the right credit card to be approved.

Received MBNA 1.99% offer in mail today. This is offered up to October 2009. After this date what will
be the interest rate charged on remaining balance and any new purchases. No cash advances here at all.
Thank you for your time and have a good day
Answer:
If there is no additional information applied to this MBNA offer, contact the issuer for important disclosures. Do not apply for this credit card until you learn about their APRs, fees and all other charges. If you cannot find all the proper information about this card but you want a good deal for purchases, balance transfers and cash advances, you may consider applying for one of the offers that we've selected. Please note, each of the credit cards is designed for good and excellent credit rating.

Discover More® Card - Clear offers 0% introductory APR on purchases (for 6 months) and balance transfers (for 12 months). After the intro period a 10.99% APR applies on both. There is a cash advances option but it has a high APR and fee with no maximum cap.

Discover More® Card has similar terms and rates on purchases and balance transfers. So, it is a good alternative to aooly for.

Capital One Platinum comes with 0% intro APR on balance transfers and purchases until January 1020 and 11.15% APR after that. there is also a cash advances option with the ongoing APR of 21.15%.

All these cards have no annual fees and long grace period on purchases. If you're interested in any of the offers, you're welcome to apply online.

I ned hellp weth mi credit.
Answer:
Relevance of our help depends on the particular situation you're in. If you have limited credit and look to strengthen it with credit card, you may try to apply for Capital One Standard Platinum. Please note, that to qualify you need to have stable income and a valid credit score at one of the bureaus. This card is competitive in APRs and offers no annual fee or set up fee.

If you have bad credit or absolutely no credit rating established, there are also a number of online offers to choose from. With damaged credit history, apply for an unsecured poor credit card which will help you recover if you make all payments on time and keep balances low. Continental Finance Gold MasterCard®from First Bank of Delaware offers some of the lowest interest rates available to poor credit customers. It has a variety of fees though which can make the card expensive. However, if you always pay bills in full each month, no finance charge will apply. This credit card is good for improving your poor rating.

If there is no credit record in your name with any of the bureaus, establish it by applying for Black Diamond Visa® from Millennium Bank. It has lower set up fees and offers credit limits up to $10 000. This card is easier to qualify for but still if your income is too low you may be denied.

My dentist reccomended GE care credit. Which card do I choose?
Answer:
Unfortunately, our website does not feature GE care credit cards. Check them up at GE official website. However, if you want advice, then find a lowest APR and no fee credit card if such is available. Apply for a credit card you qualify for. Most GE care credit cards are meant for good and excellent score only, so check your credit report to verify eligibility.

I turned 18 recently and i am trying to obtain an unsecured credir card. what would be my best choices
Answer:
Best unsecured cards for beginners are offered by Capital One Bank which has recently lowered its interest rates on purchases. However, Capital One requires that you pass some minimum eligibility standards before issuing you a line of credit.

It would be perfect if you were a student. Then you could apply and be approved for Capital One Standard Platinum for Young Adults , a no annual fee card with a lowered rate on purchases and 0% intro APR.

If you are not a student, then you should have some sort of income to show that you can pay your monthly bills. If you do have such, consider applying for Capital One Standard Platinum with no annual fee and 0 % APR on purchases, or Platinum - Visa with the lowest APR on the market and small annual fee.

Try your luck now. With no credit history you enjoy better chances to get a credit card than with bad credit. Apply online.

I am looking for a business only credit card that you only have to supply your FEIN for. I have excellent personal credit, but want a true business card to establish business credit. I have had a very hard time finding one.

Jeremy M.
Answer:
Unfortunately, our website only features small business credit cards that do help distinguish between personal and business expenses but do not establish a separate business credit file. What you need is to look for so-called trade credit which does no require personal guarantee and does not look at your credit scores. Trade credit allows you to start a separate professional business file. Its is natural that you've had hard time finding trade credit offers because most card companies won't issue a line of credit without personal check or personal guarantee.

To qualify for trade credit, you are supposed to have a reliable business already which you need to register with the credit bureau involved with establishing business profile and collecting information about your financial operations. You may check with Experian and Equifax for special divisions or contact Dunn and Bradstreet Small Business Solutions Center or Business Credit USA. Dunn and Bradstreet helps build a separate business credit file indispensable for sound financial development and healthy relationship with other companies.

After you register with any, or better all, of these credit reporting agencies, you need to find a lender working with them that will issue you a true business credit card (look for them in the interned by entering "strong business credit" in commas). Note that most banks require a significant ownership in corporation as a guarantee for a business line of credit.

How can I apply for a credit card and what documents do i need?
Answer:
There are a number of requirements necessary to pass to get a credit cad. You have to provide some personal and financial data which is to be verified by certain documents - documents verifying your age (18 and more), address, SSN, job income and other information. All this will be specified in the application form. As to your credit rating, the card issuer will make an inquiry at one or all the major US credit bureaus to determine whether you qualify or not. You can apply for a credit card on our website. For this, just choose a card that best meets your requirements, credit rating and paying resources and click the "apply online" button. We'd offer 3 credit cards for your consideration. If you do not want to spend time searching among hundreds of offers, look at the top cards below. Discover More® Card is for good and excellent credit only. So if you have a 660-850 credit score, feel free to apply online. The card comes with no annual fee and competitive APRs on purchases. If you're currently building your credit history, try Capital One Platinum, a small annual fee card with a low rate APR on purchases and balance transfers. This card may also suit you if you've had one late payment recently and want to improve your score. In case you do not qualify for these cards due to bad payment history, small income or any other factor showing you as a bad risk for the bank, apply for Black Diamond Visa® from Millennium Bank, a secured credit card with a high credit limit and score building services. Select a card right for you and apply online here.

I applied for a credit card with capital one with a balance transfer of $200.00. I have not heard anything from them. Can I cancel the balance transfer or change the amount?
Answer:
It may take up to 2 weeks for the bank to review your application for a credit card. If you haven't heard from them for more than 2 weeks, then there must have been a mistake in the application process and the issuer just didn't receive your request. In this case, resend your application, or better contact the bank through the telephone number displayed with some of its cards on our website. If the 2-week period is not up yet, wait for the response. Anyway, if you were denied for the card with balance transfer, the bank will let you know. Do not undertake anything before the waiting period expires. First, learn about the bank's decision. If the amount transferred is too large, Capital One will consider you for a lower amount and will inform you of that.
