I have reviewed all of these first time credit offers for people with no credit but my question is why are there so many fees on these credit cards? If I get a card with a 250 limit by the time they take out the fees I have nothing left... to me thats crazy. What other ways can I get credit established I have no credit at all. and I am a college student and I dont want to mess up... before I get into the real world .

Answer:
Well, the worse you credit history is, the higher fees are, as the banks try to cover the risks this way. As you will earn better credit, card with fewer and lower charges will be available for you. Now you can make a deposit in a bank (that will add to y... (more)

I wanted to see about getting a credit card to transfer my other balances(7) cards in all. THe total amount is around $4500, although I would be happy if I could get a card with a limit of $4000 and transfer $2,000 to the new card. I am wondering if I will qualify. My credit scores are 642 on Equifax. I just applied for credit with 8 different inquiries in two weeks, received 2 new cards. I did this as I just purchased a house. What is the best card to aplly for that I will have a chance of actually being approved?
Answer:
