The matter is that balance transfer credit cards are for good credit history, so if you have a low credit score, you should accumulate good credit to be able to get such type of card.

I would like to get my credit score but do not want to purchase anything. Is this possible? Also, I have a friend, who is a senior citizen who just recently applied for a credit card through his bank and was denied. He has never purchased anything on credit, only using cash, but now feels that he would like to have a credit card for emergency purchases. how can he get one without having all these sign up and annual fees attached to the application. thank you. |

At our site you can get online free credit report or you can apply to a credit bureau once a year for a free report. AS for the card, you can look at our no annual fee credit cards and find one for your needs and credit score.

If you have poor credit, you can build your credit score with one of bad credit cards. Usually banks cover the risks with bad credit by fees and charges higher that those of good credit cards, so you have to only choose card more or less fitting your requirements.

You should apply to your local bank, as our site offers cards for US, UK, Canadiam and Belgium residents. If you are a citizen of some of these countries you are welcome to apply for one of these cards.
