It would be nice if you made it easier to access our accounts after we have been approved and have a card. I find it difficult to find the right place to keep track of my mastercard account. |

You see, this is the matter of your bank's responsibility to provide online access to your accounts. Our site do not have any information about your cards, accounts or balances. Please call the bank and tell them about your inconveniences.

i got a letter in the mail saying i was pre approved went online to appy with the activation number on the letter but cant find the card. where do i find it at or the application for it? |

Sorry, I can't answer anything definite as I do not know what letter you received. But I can say that if you got the letter, there should be information helping you to activate your preapproved card. It may also so happen that you just enter your activation number and it is like a registration on the site and after that you see your card and other information for your account. If you still can't decide what to do, call the bank's customer service.

How can I make a payment online? |

First of all make sure your bank has online payment service. If yes, you have to know the address of the bank's web site, where you go and log in, after which you are expected to see all the blanks to be filled out so that the payment will go through.

How high does my credit score need to be for approval? |

Answer:
It depends on the credit card you are giong to get. You take your credit report and find out what your credit score is, after that you can start searching for a credit card for which your score is eligible. For example, if your score is 640 points, it is fair credit and you can search for and apply for a fair credit card, being sure you'll be approved for it.
