Can you auto withdraw from my checking account?
Answer:
Our site works to provide customers with up-to-date and detailed information about credit card offers from the leading banks. We also help customers to choose the right credit card according to their credit history, in order to give boost to their credit rating.
We have no access to your personal information and to your bank accounts, so we can't make any withdrawals from them. It is only the bank or an organization you buy from or use the services of that can take the money from your accounts. So if you want somebody to make auto withdrawals from your account, you should ask the bank to arrange it.

find out how my application is going
Answer:
Our site is just providing the information on credit card offers from the best banks and credit card companies to make it easier for the customer to orientate in the mass of credit cards and make the right credit card application. We are not related to banks in any other way, but present their credit cards and their terms&conditions as provided and formulated by the bank.
We do not have any access to your personal information and have nothing to do with your relation with the bank and your applications status. So, if you are interested in your credit card application status, please, contact the bank in any available way and ask them everything that interests you.
We can't give any information besides the data presented at the site.

I just applied for a Master Card. Please cancel my application immediately as I was unaware of the fees associated with it and advise me accordingly as I cannot pay these fees. Thanks very much.
Answer:
We are not credit card company and we have no access to your personal information or accounts, so we can NOT cancel or do any other operations with your credit cards. You can cancel your MasterCard ONLY contacting the bank be phone or by Internet. You should also be aware of the fact that your credit rating will be lowered a bit because of the cancellation.
Besides, don't think the bank will cancel your credit card if you send such a request as this one - you will have to give your personal information to the operators or indicate it at the site.
Do it as soon as possible in order to avoid paying fees or other charges.

WE APPLIED FOR A MASTERCARD FROM CITIBUSINESS CARD ON 11//24/2006 VIA THIS INTERNET SITE. IN THE CONFIRMATION, IT STATED, \"WE WILL CONTACT YOU VIA U.S.MAIL REGARDING OUR DECISION.\" AS OF THIS DATE WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CARD. WE ARE AFRAID OUR NEW CARD HAS BEEN LOST. PLEASE RESPOND. THANKS!
Answer:
We are NOT credit card company, so we can't tell you if your credit card was sent to you or not; we also have no access to your personal information and therefore can't assist you in finding it out. The only way to clear out the situation is contacting the bank as soon as possible and ask them where is your card.
It is possible that this bank sends an approval first ("mail regarding their decision") and only after this you will be sent the credit card. So it's very likely that you were not approved, and denials are not sent by this bank.
Anyway, contact the bank and ask them.

I received a pre-approved card to receive $500.00 on unsecured Horizon Gold Credit Card. It says to enter Pre-Approval Number: D120****, and that is what I am trying to do, but still learning the computer, can you help me?
Answer:
To enter the pre-approval number you were given, you should find the credit card you were pre-approved for, at our site or at the site of our partners (or at the official site of the bank). Clicking the link "Apply" you will be redirected to the official site page of the bank where you can find a link saying something like 'If you have already been pre-approved'. After you go to this link, you will see the place where your pre-approval number can be entered. Just read the information on the screen carefully and follow the given instructions.

i had applied for a continental master card, i was given a reservation number(10***4QUS 58**LI) but i have not been informed of a decision to whether i was approved or not. Please send any info regarding this account . thank you
Answer:
We are NOT a credit card company, so we can't approve or cancel credit cards. We also have no access to the customers' personal information or accounts, as we just present credit card offers provided by banks and help people to choose credit cards for their needs. So, we can't help you learn if you were approved for the card or not - it is only the bank that can send you an approval and let you activate your credit card.
Maybe, you will be approved later, as they sent you a reservation number, it can possibly be found at the official site of the bank.

I got a offer in the mail for one of your credit card. I sent out 39.00 $ and have not yet received it.
Answer:
Actually, our site has no access to your personal information as well as to your accounts and credit card balances. We collect credit card offers of the major banks and help the customers to choose the right card and apply for it. So, we can't explain why you didn't receive the credit card or help you in any way, as it is only the bank-issuer of the card that makes decisions on credit card approvals and sends card by mail.
You can do the following. Read the agreement or the statement you received from the bank one more time with a great deal of attention, and probably you will see that the period of time you should wait before receiving the credit card has not expired yet, or there are some other specific terms.
If you really wait for very long, call the bank and ask why you can't still receive the credit card. There may have been a mistake.

I KEEP GETTING TURNED DOWN AND I HAVE NEVER OWNED A TRIBUTE CREDIT CARD.
Answer:
If you mean you have bad credit score, you shouldn't despair. Very often people just try to apply for a wrong credit card - i.e. a credit card for which they are not eligible. If you have no credit, you can't be approved for a bad credit card even, so your only option is a secured credit card. It requires a bank deposit (to guarantee you will pay the credit off) which determines the amount available for you as credit. The fees and charges of credit cards for no credit are rather high, but the bank can compensate the risks in this way only.
Another option for you is to get a credit card with a co-signer. For this, you should ask a friend or a relative with a good credit history, to become one. He or she will aplly for a good credit card and after getting approved, you can be signed as a co-borrower. In this case both of you are responsible for the credit being paid, but the person who should pay it off is you.

I received your card Friday. The fees are exorbinant. I have tried to cancel the card on the phone and on the web site listed on the bill. No one answers the phone. The site is down. CANCEL MY CARD. Joe Barnes Acct# 5181 8700 0615 **** and provide me with a confirmation number. The card has been cut up and returned to you. Joe Barnes
Answer:
Unfortunately, our site can't assist you in cancelling your credit card, as we are not credit card issuers and therefore we can't cancel credit cards. It is only the bank that has this right. If you are not content with the fees or terms of the credit card, you should contact the bank first. Find the official website of the bank and call the numbers given there, or use the phone number that is supposed to be written on your credit card.
It also mentionable that if your credit card is not activated, you won't have to pay any fees or charges for it. And, cancelling a card lowers your credit score, so if no annual fee or something of the kind is implied, you don't have to cancel the credit card until its expiry date - but this won't bring any additional credit points to your report.

has there been any accounts open with my name please contact me at 702-858-**** I have not applied for any credit.
Answer:
We are NOT a bank and NOT a credit bureau, so we can't find out if any accounts were opened in your name. We also have no access to your personal information (credit history) or accounts, so it is also impossible for us to apply to credit bureau instead of you.
The only way you can learn your credit history is to contact credit bureau and ask them to send your credit report to you.
If some incorrect information turns out to be in your credit record, you should dispute it, as it doesn't make your credit better. You are welcome to read articles on credit cards security at our special section.
