What if you want a credit card, but don't have credit? |
|
Answer:
Basically there are three ways to establish credit. If you possess a certain sum of money, you can use it as beforehand deposit, which will serve as collateral for a secured credit card. The amount of the credit limit, available for you, will be the same as your deposit. You can also make your choice in favor of an unsecured credit card. Unlike secured ones, suchlike cards don`t require a collateral, so the bank trusts you enough to give credit. But you should be ready to rather high fees and less attractive rates than secured cards have (it`s the only way banks and companies can compensate the credit risks).
A co-signer card can also be your choice, if a friend or relative of yours agrees to be your co-signer. He should apply for a good credit card online, get online credit card approval and call the bank to say that he'd like to add someone with no credit to his account and that he will co-sign for him. You have to tell your social security and sign a special statement in which the co-signer agrees to share debt. Note that you and your co-signer will have different credit cards with different numbers but the credit account and the credit limit will be one shared between you. |

I\'m trying to pay on my bill; and I can\'t seem to find out how to do it!? Please tell me what to do. |
|
Answer:
Actually, our site is not the place where you can pay your bill online, as we only introduce the best credit card applications from different bank, arrange them into categories so that the customers could choose a credit card for their needs.
If your bank provides online banking service, you can go to the official site of the bank, get registered there and you will be directed to your personal account page where you can fill out the indicated blanks to pay your bills, learn your balance or make any other operation.
You can find your credit card or any other credit card of your bank at our site and click the link 'Apply' to be directed to the official site of the bank, after which you can do what was mentioned above. |

I have a choice of picking a chase freedom card the choice is visa or mastercard. Is there a difference between visa and mastercard? Which one do you suggest that I should pick.
Thanks, Jeff |
|
Answer:
Sorry for so late a response, since Chase Freedom MasterCard offer is no longer available. Generally, there is no significant difference between Visa and MasterCard, as these cards are accepted worldwide and provide a range of rewards and priviliges. If you can't decide whether you should decide a Visa or MasterCard, you certainly should look through the terms and conditions of the cards, compare the fees and charges and evaluate the range of amenities each card offers. Only thus you will be able to make the right decision. Unfortunately, we do not carry Chase Freedom Visa at our yet, but you can check out other numerous Chase credit card applications at the Chase section of our site. |

I have a JUST TIRES credit card that was issued through citibank usa n.a. - i would like to close this account and have it removed from my credit report. I can't find any phone contact on your website. How do I do this? |
|
Answer:
Actually, the function of our site is to provide our applicants with all kinds of credit card applications. We do not issue credit cards, we do not approve applicants for them. Also, we do not have access to your accounts and can't withdraw money from them or something of the kind. More than that, it's credit card issuer, which is capable of closing your credit card account. Still, the first important rule is to cancel the card only after you have paid off the balance in full. Once you've paid off your credit cards balance you need to cancel the account. Notify your card issuer by phone, printed on the card back, that your balance is zero and you want to cancel your card. Write a letter to credit card issuer, which says you're closing your account and want your credit record to reflect the fact that you requested the account to be closed. Send it by certified mail to escape any misfortunes. Check your credit report in about a month to make sure there are no mistakes in it and contact credit card company customer-service department in case you find any. Your credit card inquiry will stay in your credit report any way, thus, think of proper card cancellation not to deteriorate your credit score. |

I have 2 credit cards alrady. Im looking to apply for one more so i can start building my credit. Im only 17 but married. and im having a little trouble finding a credit cared that will accept me. please help. I already have a capital one credit card. but maybe i can apply for another one? thank you |
|
Answer:
Strictly speaking, an applicant regarding any of online bank credit card applications, should be at least 18 years old. If you're 17, you're considered underage. If you do have 2 credit cards at the moment, we can conclude, someone's co-signed for you. Thus, you can get or, to more precise, get access to credit cards. Most state laws demand, you must be 18 years old (a young adult) to obtain your own credit card and be held responsible for repaying the debt, because minors are not allowed to enter into a binding contract. You can qualify for a credit card, if someone co-signs, but only he or she can be held accountable for the payments. Apply to the bank you trust and you're sure to get access to a credit card. |

What credit card comapny uses transunion for credit worthiness?
Transunion scores are low 600 maybe around 612 who should i apply for? |
|
Answer:
First, it’s necessary to stress the importance of keeping your credit reports equal, as it’s impossible to know for sure, what credit bureau's report the bank uses. But usually the banks or companies look at the report with the lowest credit score. That’s why you should keep all your credit reports identical, and correct them, if necessary. They should coincide, so you won’t have to worry about them. If they don’t, it’s highly probable, that you may receive a denial when apply for the card to your needs. Thus we recommend you to call all credit bureaus and put your credit reports in order, removing the wrong items and adding the missing information. With a credit score of 350-619 you can apply for cards for bad credit. If your credit rating is 620-659, then fair credit cards are available for you. |

I would like to know which credit card companies you can transfer balances without a transaction fee. Also, which cards have FREE check writing services. Out of these cards, I would like to know which one's offer cash back.
Thank you |
|
Answer:
If you apply online you can find the list of popular credit cards that are currently offering 0% balance transfers. Among them are Discover Platinum cards, Citibank cards, American Express, etc. So, it's always up to you to keep your credit good and to make use of such credit cards as 0 balance transfer credit cards. It is also better for you to apply for cash back credit cards. On the site you can find cash back applications for credit cards among other applications. Consider which card rewards program are suitable for you and look through terms and conditions of the card. |
