what credit cards can i get if i have a low score |
|
Answer:
It depends how low your credit score is. It’s advisable to apply to a bureau for a credit report to learn what credit history you possess. At our site you can find a wide choice of credit card applications, among which there’s surely the best one for you. If your credit score is of 350-619, it corresponds to a bad credit history and you can count on cards for bad credit. Among them you can find cards that report monthly to 4 major agencies, provide low APR on purchases and don’t require checking account. If you possess a fair credit rating (620-659), you are eligible for cards for fair credit, offered by Capital One. Here you can benefit from no limit on the cash rewards, 0% balance transfer fee and other options. Look through terms and conditions of credit cards for bad or fair credit (depending on your credit history) and make your choice. |

My credit score is 537. I have 1 negative account on my bureau for $67 due to a H.S.B.C credit card w/ a $300 limit which I maxed out completely w/a current balance OF $720. I have 1 credit card w/$1000 limit which I spent $920 w/ one on time payment which is current because its a new card. A Capital 1 Card with $500 limit w/ 6 on time payments-1 late payment w/ them not the bureau which I set up a payment plan w/ them to help get me back in good standards. The balance on that card is $567.A Macys card with $100 limit Which is on time & in good standards. I applied for Sears & IKEA which both rejected me.My 1st question is On the HSBC credit card statement they say I owe them $720 due to over the limit & late fees. Since they already put $67 due on my credit report can they go back & add moe delinquncies & cause more damage to my score or is the damage already done? Secondly would accepting new pre approved/ credit offers or applying for new credit help boost my score? Third how long do inquires stay on yo |
|
Answer:
Firstly, there is no infringement in cutting money for exceeding the limit as these are the official terms for credit. Secondly, I wouldn't recommend you to open the new account. It is better to pay down all your debts and continually earn score, and only after it accept new credit offers. Each time you apply for a new credit, your credit report gets checked. New credit cards won't help your credit score and credit account. Negative information may stay on your credit for up to 10 years. Exceeded payments make your credit history worse and put some obstacles in the future. But still there is a way out. Improving your score can be done relatively quickly through a systematic plan. First review your reports from all three bureaus and scrutinize them so that to change mistakes on your reports. You may order your reports from each of the 3 companies at the same time. Improve your credit by repairing your credit reports. Pay off your debts rather than moving them around. Only after it you can apply for a credit card. Look through our site and choose the card that will help you in rebuilding your credit history. Secured credit cards are beneficial for those who have a bad credit history. Banks with secured credit cards are not very strict about your financial past and credit history. Just read all terms and conditions very attentively and choose the card. |

i want to rebuild my credit, i have terrible credit and need a card help me |
|
Answer:
Actually, the first thing you should do, is to get a copy of all your three credit bureau reports. Look them through to make sure all the information is correct. If it isn't, follow the procedures of disputing your report. Consider whether you are making at least the minimum payment on your account. When you are out of debt, you can get a secured credit card - one of the best variants to start rebuilding your credit, and pay it off every month. You’ll still get credit for using your credit card, as companies generally report once a month, so you’ll have a small balance even if it’s going to be paid off. You can also try unsecured credit cards, if available. Co-signer can also be a good variant, when a person with good credit shares the debt with a bad credit client. |

WHY IS IT WHEN THE ADS SAYS BAD CREDIT FOR A CREDIT CARDS ,WHY W HEN YOU FILL OUT THE INFORMATION THEY TURN YOU DOWN.
how do i know if my credit is bad? how do i know rather it is bad or just absent? why do i always get turned down for loans and credit cards even when i try to rebuild or extablish credit? |
|
Answer:
Before you file online credit card application it's always necessary to find out what cards you can afford. For this you should turn to a credit bureau and check your credit report. With 0-0 credit score you possess no credit history, credit score of 350-619 defines your credit history as bad. It`s a common mistake of people to apply for the cards they are not eligible for. In this case there's a high risk to receive a denial which can result in lowing the credit score. People with no and bad credit can choose one of three reliable variants of credit improvement (or establishment). It`s secured credit cards (require a beforehand money deposit, which serves as collateral and determines the amount of the credit line), unsecured credit cards (no collateral is required but the fees and rates are rather impressive) and co-signer credit cards. In the last variant you should ask a person whom you trust to obtain a good credit card and become your co-signer, so, both of you can use the limit and both of you will be responsible for paying the credit off. While choosing the card read attentively terms and conditions to see whither you qualify or not. If you doubt about something you can call the bank you are interested in and clear up all the moments. |

I have two maxed out credit cards from two different local banks. I am a student living off student loans and not dependent on my parents. I am looking for a card to consolidate the two cards into one to help lessen my monthly payments. It is becoming harder to pay them off each month having to concentrate on school and not being able to get a job until summers role around. I have applied before to credit card companies that say im "preapproved" to consolidate but i always get letters back saying my credit is too high for what my limits are. Is there a card that will not look at that and consolidate my two cards to help me with my payments and not deny me every application I send in? |
|
Answer:
Credit card debt consolidation allows you to save money. Its aim is to speed up paying time and at the same time makes lower monthly bills. So it's a good solution for you. The first step towards getting rid of a credit card debt is to look for an appropriate debt consolidation program. You can select a debt consolidation company from the many debt consolidation firms advertising themselves online. You should know that bad debt consolidation loans may be of 2 kinds: if you take out secured consolidation loans you have to submit some kind of collateral for the loan. This is the reason the interest rates for it are low. For unsecured consolidation loans, you needn't name any collateral, but it also means that you need to pay higher interest. We can offer you a variety of balance transfer credit cards |

How do I find out which cards accept applications using a fedral ID number instead of my personal social security number. I would like to have the company held liable for charges, not myself personally. My company has only been estabished for 1 year. |
|
Answer:
First of all it`s necessary to accumulate enough points for a good credit score, to be able to apply for a business credit card for a good credit. In this case you will use your personal credit as a guarantee. Later on, as you continue using business credit cards, applying for the new ones and paying them off accurately (on time and in full), for not less than 5 years, you`ll get a chance to use your business credit history as a guarantee of your ability to pay. So, every time you will apply for a credit card, you will have a right to give your tax ID instead of SSN, to refer the bank to a business credit bureau. To get a clear picture fo which credit cards base on your business credit, you can look at the terms and conditions of business credit cards and find it there. |

Is it possible for mastercard to infom all its card holders and merchants that accept mastercard, and let them know that ALL Credit cards must be signed and that they are not valid unless signed? Maybe this way as card holders, merchants will stop asking to see id when the card is signed, and customers can understand that they must sign their card in order to use their card. There is no global consistancy and the US seems to be the only place that can make up their own rules reguardless of what the policy is.Thank you for your time.

Answer:
As you know signatures can be easily copied and false identification can be created. That's why credit card issuers including MasterCard, decided to use a credit card fraud prevention technology. Today, credit cards contain a 'CID' code, a security feature for credit-card transactions that gives protection against credit-card fraud. The CID should not be confused with the standard credit-card number appearing in embossed digits. It is a 3 or 4 digit number that is transmitted to the credit-card company during the electronic authorization process and validated by the issuing bank.
Due to the added security that CID offers, stores are no longer required to verify the customer's signature on the back of the card. In the long run, more customers will be protected by the new security features incorporated into credit cards than by signature checks. |

hello well my credit score its 620 what kind of card can I apply that you think I can get aproved for. |
|
Answer:
You credit score corresponds to fair credit history. So, the cards you can apply for are meant for fair credit. Some of the banks and credit card companies (for instance, Capital One and First PREMIER Bank) offer credit card applications for fair credit cards. Your choice of the credit card may depend on the purposes, for which you are going to use the card, the benefits you’d like to take advantage of, your spending habits and some other factors. We advise you to look through fair credit card applications at our site and compare the options of the credit cards available. It’s only you who knows best, what credit card can meet your needs. Probably, you’d like to purchase with the card and is interested in such an option as low APR on purchases. Or, may be you wish to benefit from cash rewards or no annual fee. If you’d like to transfer balances without paying balance transfer fee, - such an option also exists. Examine the terms and conditions of fair credit cards to make the right financial decision. |

can i be approved for a credit card if i don't have a bank account? |
|
Answer:
A bank account may be required in case of no credit history or a bad credit history. So you will need to secure a credit card with a beforehand money deposit in the bank, when you apply for a secured credit card.
Unsecured cards (note, they charge rather impressive fees and rates) and co-signer credit cards (when a positive credit person is a guarantor of your payment) don’t require a bank account. If your credit history is good or excellent and, probably, you have had a bank account and closed it, it’s also not necessary to open another one. Then you can choose a credit card to your liking, filing good or excellent credit card application. Be careful and choose only credit cards you are eligible for. To know whether you are, check your credit report. |
