Rupert McAllister
I am Rupert McAllister, and when I joined Credit-land.com as the senior financial analyst, I realized the how much of an impact credit cards have on various people around the world. I write articles regularly to share my knowledge about this industry, but it was this job that showed me the impact this can have on the readers. I completed my journalism education from Northwestern University, and followed it up with a Business Administration masters at Barry University.
I have the experience of working as an editor and reporter for many organizations online for over quarter of a century. This included a Pulitzer win for reporting investigations while working at a reputed reporting house. I have had the experience on writing for such topics as social services, consumer affairs and the field of medicine and health, especially for the working poor people.
One of my most interesting credit card experiences was when my wallet was stolen. That was also when I found out for the first time what identity theft is all about. I now have some tips to give to people about protecting their privacy too, having developed a knack over the years to explain complex topics in layman terms.
