How can I get the information about my Citi card? I dont have Citi offices near the place I live Im too busy to drive 86 mi to the nearest office.
  • CreditLandCom
Citi has 24 hours a day customer service which you can contact with any issue or question you have about your credit card account. If you want to talk to a live person, you can ask for a customer service representative.
  • Donna
After calling customer service several times to check my balance (the rep I was talking eacj time was very polite though), I was offered to set up account alerts.. no more worries about going overlimit, very convenient. But I still call customer service from time to time…

Just received my new Citi card and it sais no late fees ever! So I wont be penalized for being late with a payment? Never??
  • CreditLandCom
That’s true. You won’t be charged a late payment fee and your interest rate won’t be increased if you miss a payment due date.
  • Nina
What account alerts? And how will I receive them?
  • CreditLandCom
You can set up automatic alerts via your online Citi account or with the help of their customer service. You can set up to receive automatic alerts about your account changes to your email or your mobile phone. The bank will remind you about your current balance, payments due or when you go over limit.
  • Kevin Evans
Does it have an annual fee?
  • CreditLandCom
No. The card comes without an annual fee.
  • Lynne
it would be better if it had a rewards program… don’t see much sense in this card…
  • Saldana
if you are after rewards, then you should go somewhere else… itransfered and paid off old balances on my two cards, worked perfectly for me because isometimes pay late but here i had the whole introductory period to pay off my debt without penalties.
