As it happens it takes various periods of time to get any response from the bank for which card you’ve applied. In any case the bank needs some time to study your application, to check your report and to decide whether you are approved or denied. There are banks that offer cards with instant approval. When you apply for one of them the decision is made online within only a few minutes. However you the card you want to get does not imply instant approval you must be patient and wait a bit. It can take various periods of time – from days to more than a month - before your application is considered and the statement and the card itself arrive to you by post. Much depends on your location and on the work of the post-office. |
