I Have received "you are pre-approved" offer from Chase for a 0% on balance transfer for 15 months and an interest rate of 6.99% after that. I only what to use this to pay off high credit card interest rates. My balance transferred $15,000.
What are my chances? I do not want to have a credit inquiry if my chances are slim to none. |
