I am interested in applying for the Platinum Discover card you recommend for 0% on Balance Transfers. I want to transfer about $10,000.00. This amount is currently due with the previous creditor by 11/28/2006 before I have to pay interest charges. If I were to apply for the Discover card would I make it in time to be approved and get this amount transferred before that 11/28 date?
