I am looking for a 0% APR balance transfer fee offer that does not charge a balance transfer fee or one that is capped at $100 or less. Are there any cards that do this and if so, what are they? |

Basically, credit cards without a balance transfer fee are available with Capital One Bank. But the combination of 0% balance transfers and no transfer fee is impossible to find. So, you need to choose where it is best to save - with 0% intro APR or no transfer fee. Have a look at the following cards:Capital One No Hassle MilesSM Rewards is for excellent credit only, charging a low ongoing rate on balance transfer and no transfer fee. Capital One Platinum is a card for good credit history with 0% into APR on balance transfers until October, 2009 but with a 3% transfer fee. Capital One No Hassle PointsSM Rewards is ideal for those with average credit. It doesn't have intro APRs but there is no transfer fee at the same time. The ongoing APR is higher than that on good credit credit cards, and there is also an annual fee. Besides the limit on this card may not be enough to transfer all of your debt, so you'd benefit more with one of those cards for high score.
