"Less than perfect" is quite a vague definition actually. The asnwer to your question mainly depends on the score and on the way you managed your monthly payments and spending. You should know the credit score for sure. The score is very important for applying for a card. It is the main indicator of your creditworthiness. If your score is between 620 and 659, your credit is considered fair. In this case you can apply for a card without annual fee. Such cards are available with Capital One. |
