I have 2 credit cards alrady. Im looking to apply for one more so i can start building my credit. Im only 17 but married. and im having a little trouble finding a credit cared that will accept me. please help. I already have a capital one credit card. but maybe i can apply for another one? thank you |

Strictly speaking, an applicant regarding any of online bank credit card applications, should be at least 18 years old. If you're 17, you're considered underage. If you do have 2 credit cards at the moment, we can conclude, someone's co-signed for you. Thus, you can get or, to more precise, get access to credit cards. Most state laws demand, you must be 18 years old (a young adult) to obtain your own credit card and be held responsible for repaying the debt, because minors are not allowed to enter into a binding contract. You can qualify for a credit card, if someone co-signs, but only he or she can be held accountable for the payments. Apply to the bank you trust and you're sure to get access to a credit card. |
