Answer:
The matter is that our we are not a credit bureau and not credit card issuers and we don’t have any kind of access to your personal information. Our duty is to collect the latest data on the best credit cards and help the clients to choose the best one, fitting their needs and sort out the right credit card the appropriate credit card application. We haven’t the least notion what card you use and which bank is the issuer and cancelling credit cards is not in our competence. We can only advise you to contact your bank. Probably there was some mistake and you’ll have to ask for another cancellation form. |
