I have no credit with equifax and i want to build my credit with them how would i go about doin that.
Answer:
The term "no credit" might be confusing. If you've never had a credit card it does not mean you have no score at all. If you ever had a loan, a student loan or a car loan, or you paid some bills, say utility, then you do have some payment history.

Typically, card companies report to all major credit bureaus, but if you're especially interested in Equifax, then take a look at Capital One Platinum - Visa. This card is designed for people with limited credit and is rather cheap in terms of APRs and fees.

As an alternative, check Capital One Standard Platinum which also serves the needs of customers with limited/no payment history. There is no annual fee and there is a 0% intro rate on purchases until May 2009.

If you do not have any credit score at all, then you need to establish one with a bad/no credit credit card from Orchard Bank. A great option would be Orchard Bank Classic MasterCard® , a low annual fee card with competitive purchase rate and 0% intro rates, which is a surprise. Check with the bank which of the bureaus it works with before applying.
