Answer:
Unfortunately we can't cancel your application through our site because we are neither card issuers nor any financial institution. It is only the bank that can cancel your application. Usually you deal with the bank in the following way. You submit an application, get an approval (in case of instant approval immediately; in other cases it may take several weeks) and then the bank sends you your credit card by post. It can be delivered within several days or a couple of weeks. If the card has been already sent the only way is to receive it, but do not activate and send it back. Of course, you can contact the bank during the time your application is being considered, and the bank can agree to close your account. So, we recommend you to call or e-mail the bank and ask them about all the details, as it may happen so that terms and conditions do not allow to close the account during a certain time or there are other peculiarities. |
