	I recently filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy and my debts were discharged. I then applied for a new job where a credit report was required. They denied me the position because I had several late payments on my credit report from before my bankruptcy filing. Are these late payments discharged with my bankruptcy?
Answer: No, I don't think so. It is the bankruptcy that was moved away, but you can ask the credit bureau how you can improve you credit.
