I recently looked at my credit report and noticed that I had forgotten that I had an ASPEN/FB&T Credit card that I opend in Dec 2005. I no longer have that card and I am trying to reach that company to start paying the bill again. The problem is this, I have been searching for the website and found somewhere that the card no longer exists or something. That is was transferred to a different company. Can you please help me with this matter. I really need to get this off of my credit report.
Answer:
Unfortunately, we haven't any access to your personal information concerning accounts, balances, etc. Our site is used for making an application for a credit card online. Moreover, we don't present the card you're interested in at our site and are not connected with the company that offers it. If ASPEN/FB&T Credit card has not very high percentage, just don't use it. It can stay open until the expiry date. Nevertheless, if you want to get it off your report, it is better to contact the company where the card was transferred or look through its official site and make all inquaries there.
