I recently opened an account with Aspen credit. I haven't received my card yet, and am regreting getting the card. I haven't activated the acount yet. what should I do to cancel this mistake?
Answer:
Sometimes it happens so, that a customer, after applied for a credit card, changes his mind. Besides, just because you are pre-approved for a card doesn't necessarily mean, that is the one you're going to get after you apply. Once your credit history is reviewed, you might be sent a card with less favorable terms. So be sure to review a new card carefully to make sure it has the terms you expected. If you decide you aren't happy, you can simply not activate the card and close the account. We are not a credit institution and dealing with accounts or card activation is not in our competence. You’d better contact your bank if you have any questions.
