I wanted to see about getting a credit card to transfer my other balances(7) cards in all. THe total amount is around $4500, although I would be happy if I could get a card with a limit of $4000 and transfer $2,000 to the new card. I am wondering if I will qualify. My credit scores are 642 on Equifax. I just applied for credit with 8 different inquiries in two weeks, received 2 new cards. I did this as I just purchased a house. What is the best card to aplly for that I will have a chance of actually being approved? |

Answer:
The matter is that you won't be approved for a balance transfer credit card, as they require good credit history. So you'll have to cope with your current numerous cards as they are, but if you'll commit no delinquencies, your credit score will boost immensely. After your score will be more than 660, balance transfers will be available for you. |
