If you declared bankruptcy, and put a credit card on it that specialized in poor credit; will you be able to get a card from them again, or would you need to apply elsewhere? The debt was discharged.
Answer:
If you had chapter 7, you can use the credit line with which you had problems; if you had chapter 13, you are normally won't be able to do that without the court's or trustee's permission. But it is recommended that you go to the bank and show them how accurate you have been recently and ask them to give you a card - the credit limit wil be up to 1000 dollars.
