It has been over two weeks, I was told that you would send my terms folder and my card in tow weeks and I had been approved . What is going on?
Answer:
Our site is not a bank, we work to help the customers choose the right credit card for their needs and advise on how to build or rebuild credit. We have no access to the accounts, balances and personal information of the customers. Besides, we are not responsible for the quality of the banks' customer support work.
It is only the bank that can inform you of the status of your application, that can accept your complaints or explain the reasons of your card delivery delay.
If you are not content with how your bank works, you can send a letter of claim to them, asking to correct the mistakes. If you lost your money because of the improper work of the bank, you have a legal right to address to the court.
