We don’t have an idea what types of credit cards bank clients have and in whose name the cards are being used. If you’ve put by chance the wrong information when applying for a credit card through credit card application, or if there have been some mistake, it is only in the bank’s competence to put changes into the application forms and on cards. So, you should call the bank's customer service and ask them what you should do. You can either cancel your present application and send another one, with the correct name of yours, or, if it is possible, you can ask them change the wrong items. |
