Some of the cards seem to offer "secondary insurance" for car rentals and travel/accidents. What does secondary insurance cover if I do not have primary auto insurance?

Also, how can I find a comprehensive list of what benefits (ie price protection, travel insurance, etc) come with a card without having to get it? It's unclear if a bank offers the same perks for each card type (i.e. Platinum, etc) versus card brand (MasterCard, AmEx, etc).
Answer:
As far as the list of benefits is concerned, you can order it from the bank. By the way, the bank can add its own perks to the usual list of benefits each card type provides.
