Why can't I access my account so I can pay my bill? The way I signed in before was to give you my credit card number then my social security number. The only access I can now find asks for other informationand refuses to let me in. What can I do to pay my bill?
Answer:
You see, the function of our website is merely informational – we present here the best credit offers from various banks as well as deals for fair, bad or no score, lowest APR cards, etc. Besides, we help the customers to choose the card that complies with their requirements and current score and to apply for it online. However we are neither a bank nor any other financial institution. Our service is absolutely free, and we don’t deal with any payments in any way. Moreover, we don’t possess any personal or financial data concerning our customers, including full name, SSN, numbers of accounts, balances, number of cards, etc. It is only the bank that has the right to have such information. So, if you have any problems with paying your bills we recommend you to contact your bank immediately and ask them to explain the situation.
