If this sum is a present debt on one of your cards, you can transfer it to one of balance tranfer cards (Orchard MasterCard or Blue from AmEx are good options) - provided that you have a good credit history. If not, you should just find a good card with a low interest, but it is possible only if you have a good credit - otherwise you won't be given such a high credit limit.
