More Card - Clear from Discover Company offers 0% intro APR on purchases and balance transfers, as well as a no annual fee benefit. However, like all b/t cards, it does charge a transfer fee which depends on the amount transferred. Citi CashReturnsSM Card of Citibank also offers a 12 months 0% intro APR on balance transfers but its minimum b/t fee is a bit lower than on the previous plastic.
