Answer:
A credit card balance transfer implies reallocating your debt from high rate card to a better one. It's often used to save money, because the majority of credit card companies offer no annual fee and 0% APR on balance transfers for new customers. Besides, it is also possible to consolidate debt from more than one card. However you should keep in mind that these cards are designed mainly for people with good or excellent credit history, so request your report before applying for a card. Check it for any mistakes and if you find any correct them immediately. Learn your credit score. If it is above 660 you are certainly eligible for one of the 0% balance transfer cards. At our site you can find the best balance transfer cards applications that will help you solve the problem of debt. If your score is not so high (620-659), you can turn to Standard Platinum or Platinum from Capital One. These cards also allow accomplishing balance transfers. The amount you can transfer is defined by the limit of balance transfer card. The limit depends on your credit history, current score, income and the bank's decision. All in all, if you have received the card with the limit of 2300.00 you have good chances that your limit will be about the same. Compare all 0% balance transfer cards options properly, fill the application and submit it online. |
