im a u.s. citizen living in canada and id like to apply for a credit card. although i have bad credit. theres programs out there to help me. i jus need a second chance. last time i asked for help you sent me a link. but that link jus went to the first page over and over again. please help me resolve this problem. id also like to apply online. i have my social security card ready and my canadian address as well.
