If you look through fair credit cards, you will see they include no credit cards for balance transfers. They latter type of credit cards is available for good and excellent credit history only. So, you can only find a lower APR credit cards for fair credit, and after you manage to pay off your balance without any delinquencies and in full, your rating will be increased (which should be certainly reflected in your credit reports) and you will be able to apply for a credit card with balance transfers. Mind that balance transfers lower your credit score a little, so do not be too much fond of them. |
