I understand your worries. But please give the credit cards issuer some time. The credit issuers usually ask for (and it is stated in terms and conditions) up to 30 days to consider your application. As they have a decision they send you a letter. In this letter they inform you whether you are approved or not. If you are approved they give all necessary information, including the time it will take your card to arrive and a support number in case of any questions.
If due time passed and you haven’t received any notice, please contact the credit card issuer directly. There you will get precise and complete information on your issue.
