If you are a member of the Virgin Atlantic Flying Club, you will be able to transfer your points at a 1:1 ratio. If you are a Virgin America Elevate member, the transfer ratio is 2:1. Thus in the second case you will get 500 points for transferring 1,000 Citi ThankYou points.

As for other credit cards points, you can transfer Membership Rewards from American Express (at a 1:1 ratio), Chase Ultimate Rewards (at a full 1:1 value), and Hilton HHonors points (at a 4:1 ratio).
