Yes, you can. Walmart reports your credit performance to major credit bureaus. You can receive your free monthly FICO score when you enroll in electronic statements online. Make on-time payments and stay within your limit and your score will go up.
Note that you can improve your score only if you apply for a credit card. Walmart prepaid card won’t bump up your credit score.
