I wanted to apply for the Exxon MasterCard but it seems they no longer offer it. I wanted a card that I could use at Exxon and at other shops to buy groceries or pay bills. I do fill up at Exxon often but not all the time. What card can you recommend?

A credit card with gas rewards that is offered by major bank will be a good option for you. Since gas purchases will not be the only charges to your credit card we would recommend you to skip co-branded credit cards and look for bank offers. Some credit cards give more points for gas purchases and less for other purchases. For example, the Citi ThankYou® Premier Card will let you earn 3 points on gas and travel expenses, 2 points on dining out and entertainment, and 1 point on other purchases.
