There is a Skypass Visa Secured credit card offered by U.S. Bank. Since it is a secured credit card, you should not have any difficulty getting the card. But note that secured cards require a security deposit and the Skypass secured card requires a $300 minimum deposit. The maximum deposit can be up to $5,000. Once you have the card and make your first purchase, you will first of all get a sing-up bonus of 5,000 miles. Every dollar you spend in purchases will earn one mile. The rewards program may not be one of the greatest but it is one of the best for secured credit cards.
