Yes, it is possible to transfer a balance from a Citi card to a Schools Visa card. Note that to get the Schools Visa card, you should be a Schools Credit Union member. If you are not, you will have to become one to be able to get the union’s credit card. But before you start the process, we would recommend you to look at the Schools Visa card terms. If you transfer a balance on to this credit cart, this balance will accrue 1.99% interest. It is not much but still matters. Also, this low APR will only last for six months after that an ongoing interest rate will apply. There are credit cards with 0% interest rates and longer introductory periods out there. We would recommend you to consider other balance transfer credit cards to see if there is a better option for you.
