My credit scores are 650 from one bureau and 702 from the other two. What is best card for me? I have a small balance I would like to transfer and would like the opportunity to get an increased credit limit without having to apply for a new card.

Consider the card. The card has a 0% introductory period on balance transfer so you can transfer your balance and pay it off. Your credit performance will be reported to three major credit bureaus. And if you pay on time, you will be able to improve your credit score.
