Whenever you plan on making a large purchase, it is always smart to use a credit card. Just because there is no Hollister card, you are not out of luck. Fortunately, there are a large number of banks that offer credit cards specifically for the purpose of rewarding you for your shopping. What we would recommend for a large purchase like a seasonal wardrobe, is that you find a credit card that is offering a 0% introductory APR on all purchases. If you make the purchase with this card, you will not be subject to any interest for the promotional period as long as you make payments on time. Alternatively, if you plan to pay off the balance quickly and are not worried about the interest, then you could get a rewards card or even a cash back credit card. A large purchase equals large rewards.
