If you are planning to keep this card after the transferred balance is paid off, then you may like the Discover it® Balance Transfer credit card. With this card, you will have 18 months to transfer and to pay off the card balance at 0% intro APR. The balance transfer fee is 3% intro balance transfer fee, up to 5% fee on future balance transfers (see terms)*. When the 0% intro APR is over, your ongoing interest rate will be 17.24% - 28.24% Variable APR. The card has no annual fee and allows to earn cash back on all purchases: up to 5% in specific categories that change each quarter (on up to the quarterly maximum, you need to sign up each quarter) and 1% back on all other purchases. You will need to enroll to be able to earn 5% cash back, and there is a quarterly limit.
