There are cards for people with average credit that offer cash back on all purchases or on purchases in specific categories, like gas or groceries. However, rewards credit cards usually charge an annual fee. The cards without an annual fee do not usually offer any rewards program. But once your credit is better, you should have no problems with finding a no annual fee credit card that offers cash back rewards.
