Disney and Chase have been partners for some time already, with Chase offering the popular Disney Rewards Card since 2003, but this year they are stepping up their sponsorship of Disney, becoming the presenting sponsor of the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival in Orlando, beginning September 28 and running through November 12.
The festival features different culinary delights from six continents in its 25 marketplaces, along with creative cocktails, wine and beer. Nightly concerts bring rock, soul, funk and blue to festival-goers, and there is all-day entertainment offered, as well as wine seminars and cooking classes.
Robert Belan, general manager at Chase, says in a press release, “The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is one of the most renowned events at the Walt Disney World Resort, attracting Chase customers from across the country and visitors from around the globe.” Belan continued, “Not only are we proud to be the presenting sponsor of this amazing cultural celebration, but through this expanded relationship with Disney, we have the ability to create truly unique and special experiences for all Chase cardholders that attend.”
Chase Cardholder VIP Lounge
At the Chase Cardholder Lounge, exclusively for Chase card members, there will be free drinks, Wi-Fi, and electronics charging stations for anyone who needs to charge up a drained smartphone or laptop. Chase says there will be numerous amenities and benefits for cardholders, so anyone attending Epcot from now through November 12 should be sure to stop by and check it out.
Anyone with a Chase debit or credit card can have access to the Lounge, which is sure to provide a place for relaxation at the busy resort. Festival-goers can recharge their own batteries as well as their phone batteries, enjoying complimentary drinks and refreshments and relaxing in style courtesy of their Chase cards.

Disney Rewards Credit Cards
Chase and Disney offer two credit cards for people who want to earn reward points with all their Disney spending – Disney’s Premier Visa Card and Disney’s Visa Debit Card from Chase. Both of them give reward points that can be redeemed toward Disney purchases, whether at Disney theme parks or Disney stores across the country. To make it easy for Disney visitors to get these cards, Disney has kiosks on site at the Magic Kingdom and Epcot, where people can apply right there and start earning rewards as soon as they are approved for their new credit card.
Credit card reviewers are divided on how good of a deal these Disney cards are, but for families who frequent Disney, they can be big money-savers.
Other great Chase card choices are the Chase Sapphire and Ink cards, which are offering special travel packages to the Epcot Food & Wine Festival, including two nights at a Walt Disney World Resort, theme park admission tickets, and tickets to the 3D Disney’s Dessert Discovery party.
