Did you ever wonder what it would be like to be in “Hell’s Kitchen” with Gordon Ramsay, or chow down on steak with Jean-Georges Vongerichten of Bellagio? You can do just that because tickets to select events are now on sale for the Vegas Uncork’d culinary festival sponsored by Chase Sapphire Preferred. Tops chefs, like Michael Mina, Masa Takayama, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Guy Savoy and Julian Serrano will all be on hand for the festivities.

Chase Sapphire cardholders can  pick up reserved tickets and get access to special interactive experiences,  including a cozy Spanish brunch with chef Julian Serrano. They can also mingle with superstar chefs at the Chase Sapphire Preferred VIP lounge during the Grand Tasting, which takes place at the Neptune pool in Caesar’s Palace Garden of the Gods. This foodie festival runs from April 23-26.

The culinary stars align

People can snag tickets for old time Vegas Uncork’d favorites like the Grand Tasting at Caesars Palace and the returning Chef’s Counter. But there are some new events on sale too including In Hell’s Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay at Caesars Palace; Italian Brunch in Julian Serrano’s Lago at Bellagio (opening soon); and Prime Time with Jean-Georges Vongerichten at his signature Prime Steakhouse at Bellagio.

For the third year in a row the Chase Sapphire Preferred GrillChallenge will be taking place on the Vegas Strip. During this event two Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts students will be duking it out as sous chefs alongside celebrity chefs to win a scholarship.

Some other select events now on sale include:

  • Decadent Delights with Master Chocolatier François Payard
  • Beer and The Beast
  • Celebrity Chef Brunch: A French Affair at Bardot Brasserie
  • Beef & Bourbon Dinner at Old Homestead
  • Chefs’ Counter: All-Star Feast
  • Indulge and Imbibe: A Hakkasan Wine & Food Experience
  • Mix Master: Pour Like a Pro
  • Little Italy From City To Strip: Rao’s Italian Brunch with The Pellegrinos

More events will be announced in coming weeks.

Bravo adding in a new spin

Bon Appétit has also partnered with Bravo Media this year so that the winner of the Best New Restaurant, the network’s new TV show, will be spotlighted at the Grand Tasting at Caesars Palace.

In the Best New Restaurant, premiering in January, chefs from sixteen restaurants from all over the U.S will face challenges that not only test their overall performance, but the strength of their concept and staff.

Vegas Uncorked, a culinary and wine festival, was developed through a partnership between Bon Appétit magazine and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
