You should do the research and determine your options rather than applying for cards that are simply going to end up getting rejected.

Minimizing loans

If the need arises, consider getting relatives or friends that you could borrow the money from and pay the loan as soon as possible. Invest only in the things that you need and don`t simply end up spending more than you are supposed to.
