There is a good choice of 0% APR credit cards
for those who want to transfer their balances. For example, the Citi Simplicity® Card - No Late Fees Ever
card has 21 months 0% intro APR for balance transfers (when the introductory interest rate is over, the ongoing APR will apply). The balance transfer fee is 5% or $5 of each balance transfer, whichever is greater. This card doesn’t have an annual fee, late fees or penalty rate. The card won’t allow you to earn rewards and if you prefer the one with rewards, then you may like the Discover it® Balance Transfer
. In addition to 18 months 0% APR on balance transfers (when the introductory interest rate is over, the ongoing APR will apply), this card has a cash back rewards program. You will earn 1% cash back on all purchases and 5% cash back in rotating categories (up to the quarterly maximum and if you enroll). This card also has a balance transfer fee of 3% of each balance transfer.
